Trip to Ellesmere village and Erddig Hall – 24 April 2014

Family Tree are organising a trip for carers and their family members to the village of Ellesmere in Cheshire, followed by a visit to the National Trust property Erddig Hall, near Wrexham.

Erddig is recognised to be one of Britain’s finest historic houses and dates from the early 19th century, giving an insight into the ‘upstairs downstairs’ life of a gentry family over 250 years.

The setting for the hall is a beautiful formal garden and landscape park, which is also available to tour.
